S&B Consult Ltd is a local consulting company registered in Rwanda from 2023 under Rwanda Development Board (RDB)

S&B Consult has a pool of experts with more than 13 years’ experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, Market research, Baseline evaluation, Mid-term Evaluation, Endline and Impacts Evaluation, capacity building, strategic planning and technical assistance of Energy and Renewable Energies (clean cooking including biomass, biogas, Improved Cooking Stoves (ICS) and LPG, solar, hydropower, etc.) where most of the assignments have been conducted in Rwanda and in Uganda.
